We do not sell your information. We only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
Some of these providers store information outside South Africa. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to POPIA.
Messages sent through our forms are emailed to us and kept in our website’s records so none are lost. The website uses cookies that it needs to work. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google, and card payments by iKhokha; they may set their own cookies when you use them.
Google Analytics: if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records the pages you view, how you found us, your type of device and your approximate location (country or city), but not your name or contact details. Google keeps this information for up to 14 months. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics does not run. You can change your choice at any time: Change my cookie choice.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request. Messages sent through the forms on this website are deleted from the website after 12 months. We keep booking and invoice records for as long as South African tax law requires, usually five years. After that we delete them.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@sitatunga.co.za and we will reply within 2 days.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa: inforegulator.org.za.
We limit access to your information to the people who need it, and use secure, password-protected systems.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
